I highly recommend hiring Mr. Moore to install your floors. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work and rarely takes breaks while on the job. I was very satisfied after my floors were installed and his price was very reasonable. Overall very happy customer!!!

I could not disagree with Gordon C more. Luke is professional, punctual and not only are his prices unbeatable the quality of work is as well. We would hire him again in a heartbeat .

Overall I am satisfied with the outcome of the flooring, however the customer experience portion left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I was getting bamboo flooring installed and had several questions about things suggested by the manufacturer and that I had read online (i.e. acclimation time.)
I found Mr. Moore to be very condescending and rude. Everytime I asked a question about the flooring and the things I had read, he rolled his eyes, talked down to me, and made me very uncomfortable. He seemed to be very irritated throughout the job. I have no complaints about the workmanship, but people skills and customer appreciation could use improvement.
