The Bedingfield team exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time, gave us an excellent estimate of the cost and scope of work needed and promptly scheduled a time to begin. Not only did they handle all of the cleaning, but the patching and painting as well. We are very pleased with the finished job and will certainly use Troy, Christina & team again and again!

They got our apartment very clean for move out despite the water being shut off without my knowledge. However, one room had mop streaks and probably could've used another pass. Otherwise, did awesome. Great service for the price! WAY less expensive then other companies. And that's enough to earn 5 Stars.

Troy and Tina were fabulous. They got right down to business. Listened carefully to our requests and completed everything. Nothing was a problem for them. I love how my rooms look. They painted and repaired walls to prep for painting. They did 3 bedrooms, ceilings, 2 bathrooms! I am so happy. Prices are very reasonable, too! Do yourself a favor. Call Troy for all your painting, cleaning and residential services.
