- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the space, level of cleaning needed, and the type of service requested. I provide upfront, fair pricing with no hidden fees. One-time cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, and commercial jobs may be priced differently. Recurring clients may qualify for discounted rates. Final pricing is confirmed after discussing the details of the job to ensure accurate and fair service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs, the size of the space, and the type of cleaning requested. Once we go over the details, I provide a clear estimate and confirm scheduling. On the day of service, my team arrives on time with all necessary supplies and equipment. After the cleaning, I make sure the customer is satisfied and address any questions or requests. Communication and consistency are very important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 13 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning. Throughout the years, I have trained in proper cleaning techniques, product use, safety practices, and quality control. I also personally train my staff to ensure consistent, professional results on every job. My experience has taught me how to clean efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
