Not sure why they have my starting cost at 140.00, I can come down on that price... HOLIDAY CLEANING????? Let's get it done!😁 Short notice, NO PROBLEM I go into every job knowing without a doubt that I will do my very best work. I'm great at detail and deep cleaning. I see things people with an inexperienced eye would not see. I know where to look for cobwebs! Window are my favorite to clean. I walk away from every job knowing I couldn't of done better. 100 % Quality work. This is my first time advertising my service, word of mouth is my #1 seller. Just getting back in the business after a short break. Ready to clean & I'm worth the money! I charge $35 hourly, but every situation is different, I'm willing to negotiate on ALL projects. I enjoy helping people, making life easier and less stressed by my cleaning. One client told me "I gave her hope" after months of cleaning and organizing her home. It was the best compliment! I work from my heart, and I enjoy it. The more you enjoy what your doing, the better you are at it. I have excellent references. I prefer to clean move in/out home, new construction or flips. My work speaks for itself.

They do more than the overpriced basic cleaning company!! Im a busy single mom, and have a full plate. The house needed TLC. I needed to get rid of the clutter and clean...they did both!!

Needed some last minute deep cleaning before the holidays and they we're able to squeeze me in. Did a very thorough job cleaning my apartment, from dusting, to cleaning the moldings, and windows in addition to the obvious. Were quick and efficient. Will be using this service again.

I needed a deep clean off a rental before I put it on the market. I live out of state and didn't realize the renter's hadn't cleaned up from when a sewer main had backed into the house. Deanna cleaned it up. My brother stated it was the done really well. My mom asked her to clean some extra things. Before she cleaned them she checked with me because they weren't a part of the original quote. I appreciate her being upfront with me. Because of the extra work and because of the filthiness of the basement, the job took longer than anticipated. However she let me know she'd be back to finish the job. My mom returned after she was done and said the house was clean to her specifications.

$50 an hour (average) Everything is negotiable. You will NOT be disappointed, I'm skilled.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to go and assess the job, talk over specifications. The homeowners goal, resulting from my services. If its being put on the market, a general cleaning, spring or detailed deep cleaning. I go above and beyond to please my customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught plumbing, drywall, painting, took an electrical wiring class at ICC. There nothing I can't do. Always open to learning.
