This was my first time ever hiring a cleaning service, and I’ll be honest—I was a little hesitant. I wasn’t sure what to expect and even worried about being judged for how cluttered my home had gotten. But from the moment she arrived, all of that disappeared. She was punctual, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. My daughter and I left so I could head to work, and when we came back, we were honestly blown away. The first thing we noticed was the fresh, clean lemon scent—it felt like walking into a brand-new home. Every surface was spotless. The table that’s usually covered with bills and papers was completely cleared and shining. The floors were beautifully mopped, the carpets freshly vacuumed—everything looked and felt refreshed. You can tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to the details. That level of care is hard to find. I originally told myself this would be a one-time service, but after this experience, there’s no way I won’t be using her again. Highly recommend.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Karing Hands Refresh & Renew! Without question, I would hire this cleaning service again because the work done was exceptional. I had a TALL order - a rental move out - that needed deep cleaning and sprucing from floors to ceilings to prepare for tours by prospective new tenants. The apartment is spotless and smells amazing, adding to my confidence and pride as I show my rental again. Karen is an example of a true professional.

First the response time was GREAT!! Secondly, Hailey showed up early to make sure she would be able to set up and begin on time which I really appreciated. I’m selling my home and needed a deep clean - to include the oven, baseboard and refrigerator. Hailey did an amazing job and I really appreciate the professionalism and quality.
