Words can’t describe how thankful I am that I came across Kaela’s company. For a while I have been struggling with having a new baby a son that has a disability and a older daughter the cleaning of course slip through my fingers and I was looking for cleaning services in so many places. I’ve had so many people that had references, and gotten different quotes however, I came across MerMaid LLC and she was very different. When I messaged her the first time it was not days before I heard anything back from Kaela. And everything that she mentioned that was in her cleanings she executed. I am a person that is very modest and very aware that my home is very lived in however the work that Kaela did with her partner was more than I can even share for the first time in almost a year I was able to walk into my home and felt very airy. Kaela clean was so thorough from the bedrooms to my kitchen to the living room and the bathrooms. She had my house clean from top to bottom. Not only is she thorough Kaela is a very professional she’s very personable she’s very kind and in my opinion she is very reasonable so if you’re looking for someone that’s going to get the job done hands down this company all the way.

They did a beautiful job getting my 3 story condo cleaned after move out. Detailed cleaning. Thorough job and communicated everything I needed to know and expected. Highly recommend. I would use them again for sure! See spic n series an shower pic.
