- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system basically consist of the size of the job and any additional services that is needed such as window cleaning, junk removal or carpet cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with someone new is to make them feel completely comfortable with me ask them first what they exactly wants to get done then I would suggest other things that I could do. I think sometime its extremely important to walk them through the job so they can get betting understanding of what you doing for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is im a High scool graduate my training comes from working with my mother and other cleaning services , I learned how to paint, clean, do carpets just by alot of hands on training. When I did the commercial buildings I went to training classes for a couple weeks teaching the commercial side of the business.
