Moore's Cleaning Service came in the clutch for my wife and I! We were moving out of our apartment and another service I had found through thumbtack bailed. We needed the apartment cleaned within two days. I posted that I needed the help, and Kennith from Moore's Cleaning Service responded within 20 minutes and was able to come the same day I posted.
My wife and I ran a moving related errand while they cleaned and they let us know when they were done. Excellent communicators and a quality service.
I highly recommend Moore's and hope you have the same positive experience I had with them. Not to mention they were personable and had a great sense of humor.

I used Moore’s Cleaning Service to clean a house I bought. I wasn’t able to see the house in person, before buying it. Apparently the prior owners weren’t the cleanest of people and they had 4 dogs. The house was really dirty from what I gathered. Moore’s Cleaning Service spent several hours cleaning the house. They did a great job. I highly recommend them for any cleaning needs you may have.

Ken and his team were wonderful! I had a small apartment that I needed cleaned before moving in just to feel comfortable and wanted a few things touched up. Ken did those few things and more! He was at the apartment before I was, was extremely responsive to my messages throughout the day, and just overall wonderful! Couldn’t have asked for better!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system basically consist of the size of the job and any additional services that is needed such as window cleaning, junk removal or carpet cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with someone new is to make them feel completely comfortable with me ask them first what they exactly wants to get done then I would suggest other things that I could do. I think sometime its extremely important to walk them through the job so they can get betting understanding of what you doing for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is im a High scool graduate my training comes from working with my mother and other cleaning services , I learned how to paint, clean, do carpets just by alot of hands on training. When I did the commercial buildings I went to training classes for a couple weeks teaching the commercial side of the business.
