If you’re looking for your crawlspace to be done, let me just tell you after they finished the crawlspace and foundationrepair. I had a company fix a plumbing issue. The first thing that the plumber said when he came out from underneath the crawlspace is that was the nicest crawlspace I’ve ever been under!!! if that doesn’t say everything I don’t know what but they charge a great price they came and did everything that they said they would do and more and they were completely professional worked very hard cleaned up all of their mess and were great at explaining everything

My experience with Coastal Crawlspace was honestly the best home/contracting experience Ive ever had. I literally do not have one complaint. We came in needing to resolve standing water that was under our waterfront house. I was very overwhelmed. They came out for a free consultation, took pictures, then gave their recommendation. I immediately felt at ease with Austin - this is clearly his wheelhouse and he knows exactly what to do. Also, I shopped around and their pricing is THE BEST in the area. They ended up cleaning our crawlspace out, spraying for mold, installing a drain system, encapsulating the crawl space, and even proactively fixed a plumbing leak they discovered. They ALSO coordinated the electrical work that needed to be completed with an electrician. The communication from start to finish was supurb. Workers were professional and tidy. Deadlines were met. I cannot say enough good things about Austin as a person and the business hes running. If you need Crawlspace solutions, dont call anywhere else.

Austin and his crew performed such a professional job remediating our addition. The floor had to be leveled and replaced, and they did it in an expeditious manner. We would definitely recommend them for any work you may have! In addition to doing great work, they provide an excellent service at a reasonable price!

At Coastal Crawlspace we understand foundation repairs can be very expensive. We consider our pricing extremely fair and with the highest quality products and services in the country.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with a free inspection of the crawlspace and foundation. After that, we will review the findings with the homeowner and come up with a custom plan for their home. A free estimate will be provided based upon the plan/goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Coastal Crawlspace all of our employees have numerous years of crawlspace repair experience. Both our inspection and installation teams have completed nationwide training and been involved in fixing many homes.
