We were put in a difficult situation where we had 3 large pieces of furniture we had to get out asap because someone else dropped the ball. They not only got back to me quickly, but reasonably priced compared to about 10 other local places and continued to be extremely responsive with communication and flexible with our schedule; that part alone would’ve been worth extra money in our position.
