The owner started 20 years ago cleaning out basements, attics, garages, and sheds for family and friends averaging two jobs a year. Mostly dumping at-least a ton for each job at the landfills, recycling centers, and donation centers. The owner also has worked at a city landfill for a year, so he knows how they operate. He also has volunteered with numerous nonprofit donation drives. Tidewater Junk Removal thrives to donate and recycle all junk from our customers. Since our founding in 2019 we have serviced over 60 customers from house clean outs, to attic clean out, to yard waste removal, construction removal, and even small one appliance jobs.

Requested a quote for yard debris removal, I provided them some pictures & was given a fair quote. Coordinated a day & time with Jesse. Nice guy, prompt, professional & did a great job; even cleaned up the area after removing the yard debris. Price didnt change even with a couple of add-ins. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to come close to a price that will be close to the final price. Our final price is base on how full the truck is. Also, we have to take in account weight. So these are the two major factors for pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to fully understand what the customer wants done. We also learn customer's time-frame and budget. And check to see if there are any special request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked at city landfills, Moving companies, logistics companies which provided industry specific training.
