Donte did an excellent job on our yard. We normally do our own yardwork but I'm pregnant and my husband has been putting in a lot more hours at work before I give birth. I'm sure we will be asking for his services again until we are able to do the work ourselves. Thank you sir!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair, some people just want cheap...cheap & quality don't usually go together. I have fair pricing base on your needs & the time & effort it will take to complete the job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen very carefully & make sure their needs are something I can meet, if not i have no problem pointing them in the right direction if i can't help them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got 15yrs of on the job training. I still learn stuff from my other colleagues. I feel you can never know everything & have to always be open & willing to be taught something new.
