I just moved into our new home and the front and back yard was a mess. Donte had a quick response and set up an appointment with me the next day to come and mow the grass and trim the weeds and the yard already looks a million times better. I'm fair, some people just want cheap...cheap & quality don't usually go together. I have fair pricing base on your needs & the time & effort it will take to complete the job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen very carefully & make sure their needs are something I can meet, if not i have no problem pointing them in the right direction if i can't help them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got 15yrs of on the job training. I still learn stuff from my other colleagues. I feel you can never know everything & have to always be open & willing to be taught something new.
