The 300 Chrysler Limo and Chris Susko were exactly what I needed for my son (and his friends) High School Prom. The limo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, elegant, high quality, stocked with bottled water, and had a bluetooth audio system for our youngsters to sync their phone to play their music. And Chris treated them with dignity and respect and made them feel like royalty. When it started to drizzle, he brought out the umbrella. When they got to the Prom, he literally rolled out the red carpet for them. Chris provided my son his cell number to call when they were ready for pickup (and he remained on/near the property). Chris even contacted me when our youngsters requested to go to IHOP and offered us the flexibility to extend the duration of time allocated for the limo to allow them to order/eat. As he dropped each one of them off at home, he offered to walk them to their front door with the umbrella as it continued to rain. I would definitely recommend Chris and VIP Style Limousines to anyone looking for limo/chauffeur services. They make you feel like royalty.

Appreciate being flexible with the pick up and drop off locations. However, the additional charge for going over a few minutes overtime was unreasonable.

As the owner, and actually the one who was driving that day, I'm very surprised over the 3 Star review as when I dropped them off, everything was great and she stated she was very happy with the service. We do have overtime charges however, and I made that very clear when they got back in the limo to go have pictures. The reservation was until 2:30PM and they didn't even get back into the limo until 2:36PM. I explained it was going into overtime and how much it was going to be. It's also very clear on our website, and the contract that she signed. Every company is going to charge overtime. We do give a 15 minute grace period due to traffic or any other unforeseen events, but this reservation went over nearly 30 minutes, not just a few minutes.

We rented a party bus for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The morning of the occasion, I got a call that the party bus was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. Instead we got an Escalade for 18 passengers. It actually turned out perfect. I think the party bus would’ve been too big. The Escalade was beautiful and seated all of us comfortably. Our driver was awesome!

The good thing was the cleanest of the limo, the driver was on time, however the ride there was ruff he was speeding, the passengers was sliding all over the place with no seatbelts, wasn’t able to make contact with the driver to tell him to slow down, I told him that on the way home please slow it down, he did, everyone was happy, that we made it back safely.

I'm pleased to hear the limo was clean and nice, however our passenger's safety is #1 priority! If any of our drivers are found to have driven recklessly, they will be immediately terminated. This particular driver is 60 yrs old and drives very slow. He has a perfect driving record. He is on a random drug test and has random driver testing. He has a CDL and drives daily for the City of Chesapeake. I never had any other complaints from any other passengers. After further review of the dash cam, I do not see any reckless driving what so ever. It can feel like the car is moving faster in the back of the limousine as most passengers are sitting in a different direction and sitting sideways. Its also hard to see outside from the inside, so it is an entirely different experience if you can't see where you are going unlike riding in a regular car.
