- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My company charges fees base on truck load and labor rate. I am currently offering $30 hr. per a man. Truck Load fees apply minimum of $75 for a*** 5 foot truck bed fill ***.Truck load fees increase based off size of trailer load needed i.e a two truck load will be a 5×8/9 trailer fill and truck bed fill. 3 truck loads will be a 6×12 trailer fill. 4 truck loads will be a 6x12 trailer fill plus 5 ft truck bed fill. Note: if items such as sand needs to be removed truck fee prices will vary significantly due to necessary equipment needed to handle the removal. i.e $600 for a mini skid steer and a 5×8 dump trailer fee + 30hr labor rate. so the lowest exceptable rate to remove such items is $630. Prices increase as dump trailer size needed increases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would respect their time to be on time and to get the job done quickly and proficiently. If we are over 30 min. late the company is determined to give the remaining hour free of charge for the customers convenience. If 16 to 30 min late the company will charge half the price for the first hour. If 1 min to 15 min late the company will start the hour on the min arriving.
