Tim is a great teacher! He is very patient, supportive, and makes learning music fun. By using different camera angles he's able to make virtual lessons feel as if you are in the same room. He's picked a few fun pieces for me to play and let me pick a few of my own. I've really enjoyed my lessons with him so far.

I first contacted Tim from an online ad back in late 2017. I spent two years taking piano lessons from him before my job took me away from the Hampton Roads area. Because he now has zoom lessons, I am planning to re-enlist his services from afar. Tim is very good at his craft and his prices are very competitive. He is a very patient teacher. I went from not knowing to play to becoming proficient with reading sheet music and playing songs - I'm able to play beginner's music the first time on cite reading and medium level with sitting down and dedicating practice time to it. Tim has also become a great friend and he is a part of my wedding this summer. If you choose Tim as your piano teacher, you will not be disappointed.

My daughter has been working with Tim for 2.5 years now and we couldn't be more pleased with the partnership. He is an amazing teacher and pianist, providing the highest quality of instruction. He challenges my daughter, while still keeping lessons fun and stress-free. He is responsive to my daughter's interests in music which has become especially important the older she gets. He has become a great mentor and coach in her life and we feel very lucky to have the opportunity to work with him.

Tim is an AMAZING piano teacher. His thoughtful approach to each student’s musical interests, abilities and goals is phenomenal. He brought my daughter from beginner to prepping for college auditions. She loves her lessons with him!

Tim is an excellent teacher. He explains musical things in a way that I understand. He has really helped me to enjoy playing the piano. My middle-aged brain benefits from every piano lesson!
