- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is great! First I find out when would be a good time, such as weekdays, weekends, etc. Then I find out the type of scenery they are looking for and give some recommendations. If it's an event, such as a wedding, I have them tell me all of the details. Then all I need is at least 20% for a deposit and I put them on my calendar once that is paid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a class with Best Buy when I worked there on my camera. It entailed what all the buttons and setting meant and how to use them professionally. I am also learning about Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom all the time. There is always something to learn, and I love it!
