- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love it and always have! I began shooting images for advertising work with my graphic design company, and then started shooting models portfolios. After winning a superb award for both Portfolio and Photogenic (headshot) in a competition in New York with one of my clients, I felt that not only did I have the heart for it, but also an eye for it!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Portraits. Modeling portfolios (my personal favorite). I love and will shoot anything, but my favorite is definitely the portfolio building for young models starting out.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There are so many, but when a client compliments the finished product that is always a proud moment! When a new actor calls and excitedly tells you they just landed a role using the headshot you took for them, that's pretty awesome! I also recently did a shoot with Michael Viveiros for his article published in the magazine RTO HQ. That was a rewarding job in so many ways.
