James and his team provided top-notch, professional quality work from the very start of the project. Attention to detail was very important to us and Bluewater made sure to cover even the smallest of details as they completed the project. This even included the clean-up phase where they actually picked up items from prior contractors' work from years ago! A+ grade all around. We have already asked James and Bluewater to do more projects as we convert our newly purchased house into our waterfront dream home.

The crew that was assigned to complete our roof arrived early and went straight to work. This is an experienced company that completes the work in a timely manner with efficiency and quality workmanship. James was easy to work with throughout the process. When the work was complete the only thing left on the site was the Blue Water Yard Sign.

James and his team were a pleasure to work with.
We went through a longer than expected process through our insurance company and James constantly offered his help. He initially gave us an in-depth assessment of our roof, going above and beyond any other contractor's inspection. He then offered to come to assist when the insurance adjustor came to inspect our roof. While we did not ask him to come, we know for sure he would have been a huge help. Finally, he maintained communication with us throughout the couple months it took to get our insurance squared away. Once it was good to go, him and his team were at our house working on our roof in less than a week. It only took one day and a few extra hours to complete the project. The attention to detail was awesome; They added "crickets" to our two chimneys to help the rain water flow better, they painted all of the pipes black to blend in better, and they ensured to thoroughly clean our yard after the job was done.
Unfortunately, we do not have many friends or family members who are buying houses that need a new roof so if you are reading this, this is your recommendation to choose James and Bluewater Building Company.

After 21 years the time had come for a new roof on our house. As we started the research / bidding process I reached out to Bluewater and set an appointment for an appraisal. Jimmy arrived on time and was professional with his recommendations. Deciding to use Bluewater for the job, their crew arrived about 20 minutes early and knocked out a 3 day job in 2. I will also add that having replaced a roof on another home it’s not a clean job... Bluewater did an amazing job of keeping my yard and landscaping free of debris. At the end of each day they picked up and organized the work area. For me, details like that along with good work are what make a business notable. I would not hesitate to call Bluewater for my next home project.
