At the appointment time, Shawn and Paul arrived. They unboxed the TV, installed the TV mounts, tested the unit before mounting. Once TV was mounted, they were responsive to ensure the TV was centered, and optimized the tilt angle for best viewing position.
They offered to take the shipment box away. I chose to retain it for possible future use.
We are fully satisfied with the services provided with the installation of our TV. Shawn and Paul were on time, knowledgeable, and did a professional job.
