Same experience as others....terrible customer service. I don't have a bunch of tattoos hanging out everywhere so they assumed right away I don't know what I'm talking about. I showed up at 5 when I was told to by the person who answers the phones, and they had just started in on a 2 hour job....they didn't listen to anything I was saying and after telling me "no your tattoo is impossible" they blew me off and told me to come back in 2 hours and MAYBE I would be LUCKY enough that he could come up with something then and it was going to be twice what I was previously quoted....
Proceeded to wait around for the "receptionist" to get off a personal call so I could ask her a question for 20 minutes, and then when other people came in the door, the receptionist literally put my stuff aside and told me to come back later and immediately started talking to them before I had a chance to say anything.
Additionally, I heard her call me a B*$@& as I was walking out and the people behind the counters chuckling. Needless to say I will never be giving them any of my business, and definitely will not be recommending them...ever.
