- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ballroom pricing based on the number of lessons purchased. ZUMBA $5 per class, or $40 for 10 classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn the basic footwork patterns of various ballroom dance styles....progressing to the technicalities of the footwork, hips, and arms. ZUMBA- clients come to a class with water and a towel....they leave with a smile and a class punch card
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ballroom dance instructor now working with bridal couples, parties, etc, for over 3 years. ZUMBA- teaching multi level classes for over 4 years, working with clients fron 16 to 88 years old!
