First of all you need to get your facts correct and then learn how to type and spell correctly. I have all our email correspondences saved. You were very unclear as to what you actually wanted done. I tried reaching you by phone for over a week and you did not return my calls until the day before we were to arrive. In your email you said to arrive at 7am. You were still sleeping and did not come to the door until 7:10am after I called the house. Then you sent us to your rental house and went back to bed! You did not show your face at the rental house until after 10am. Then you tried to rush us to finish so we could start on your personal home. We finished your rental house just before 11am. You ranted and raved at how wonderful everything looked. Despite the fact that you tried to rush us. I gave you a flat rate on that house. So it really made no sense to rush us. At your personal home you bounced us around from one thing to another before anything was complete. You complained about the amount of supplies my crew was using and stated that paper towels were too expensive. You continued to complain until you were informed that they were our supplies. I charged you an hourly rate for my crew to work at your house. You continuously asked how long we could stay. I told you that we would stay however long you wanted us to. I did not charge you for my time and anything I did. You were aware of this when I went over the bill. As for me being sick, maybe you would like to speak with my doctors. I suffer from Crohn's disease and have lost almost twenty pounds since Christmas. If I was not charging you for my time then it really should not have mattered what I was doing. When I was not making phone calls I was inside with my crew. You never had any complaints when I asked if everything was going okay. When we left you were very interested in getting me to look at other rental properties you handled. You never had anything negative to say what so ever. If there were any issues they should have been brought up at that time so they could be addressed. I tried reaching you about looking at your other properties the following week. I took you over a week to call me back. You screamed in my ear for almost a minute and then hung up on me. You accused us of scoping out your properties. If that was a real concern then you should not have sent us to a unlocked house to work unattended while you slept for three more hours. When we were there to do the estimate and when we returned to work you complained about everybody. Everything that was broken you blamed on you husband and as you said, his dirty old arthritic hands. Everything that was dirty you blamed on the current house keeper who you said hides out in the basement. You told us Matt the young man helping around there couldn't do anything right. You only kept him around because he was a son of a friend. You also spoke poorly about the two guys who brought appliances to the rental home. When it was time for us to leave I had to wait fifteen minutes while you sat in the living room and carried on a conversation with another lady. I went over the bill with you and gave it to you. You said you would be right back with a check. I had to track you down. By the way, we were not there for twelve hours. We were there for six hours. My bill showed the breakdown of our time. If there were any issues about what we did it should not have taken over a week to bring it up. I addressed this in a email I sent you and you wrote back mad and told me not to contact you again. So I would appreciate it if you are going to bad mouth me that you at least have your facts correct! Thank you, Jim Murphy
