Excellent work by Lux Foundation. Got initial appointment to come in for estimate the very next day. RussN was very patient in listening to my foundation issues. I thought I had three places where the foundation needs to be repaired. Russ said actually I needed only one to fix. He said: other two were "superficial" and could just be fixed by caulk from outside. Another foundation company had said I needed to fix two cracks. Russ described the work needed to be done and the cost estimate was lower than another foundation company. Karen helped me with scheduling the repair and was considerate on my date/time requirements. The work was performed by Thomas and Nou. They were professional as well as super friendly. They described the work they were going to perform for fixing my foundation. They made sure I understood what they were saying. Their work looked good and there is guarantee of any work performed by Lux. They cleaned up their work very well. Overall - nice work by Lux. Thank you.

From start to finish, Lux was a fantastic service provider. Keagan, the project manager, came out to visit our home soon after receiving my inquiry and provided a quote not long after his visit. He and the team proposed reasonable solutions to support the floors of our home and encapsulate the crawl space.Karen, who managed the schedule, was communicative and delightful to work with.The installers were professional, conscientious (cleaning up after themselves), and hardworking. They had the expertise to make important judgments about the placement of the support beam and communicated their progress throughout the two days they were here. All in all, a great experience.

LUX Foundation Solutions conducts on site estimates with one of our Foundation Specialist. We complete full evaluation of the problems, concerns or scope of work looking to be preformed at a home or business. Than projects are built with the home or business owner to ensure we accomplish their goals. Many projects can receive same day quotes depending on complexity of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of LUX Foundation Solutions have a combine experience in the Foundation, Structure, waterproofing and Home improvement industry of over 25 year! All of our lead foreman have an average of 10 years individual experience for their respective service. All Employees are background checked and selected based on their honesty, character, experience (minimum 10 years) and attention to details.
