Lux met all of my expectations with a quick visit in the face of widespread flooding in Alexandria. They also offer reasonable advice and don’t try to make a quick sale. I didn’t need work from them this time but will call them back for any future issues.

LUX just finished repairing a leaky crack in our basement foundation. So far we are very pleased. They were quick to come and give an estimate and they worked with us to find a good time to get the job done. They gave us a 3 day window and had to unexpectedly cancel on the first day; however, they did call us early to communicate the change in plans. The following day they showed up when they said they would and the work they did looks good. Would certainly recommend LUX and we will keep them in mind for any future work we need done.

LUX responded quickly in providing a quote to remediate the moisture problem in our crawl space. A very professional inspection took place, resulting in reasonable recommendations for solutions to our issues. A start date for repair was agreed upon with the option of LUX starting earlier if a spot happened to open up. The opening happened & they started the job, estimated to take approximately 5 work days. The job took 4-1/2 days to complete. The crew was efficient, courteous and respectful, and provided an excellent end result. I highly recommend LUX Foundation Solutions.

Outstanding professionals. It is rare when a company comes out to look at some house imperfections and declines to make money off of you... But that's what happened-- Lux (Russ Nagel) came out and inspected our foundation and some cracks in our townhouse. What another company said would cost 26K to fix, Lux (Russ) said was just a third story carpentry issue involving warped support beams. On the one hand I'm thrilled our problems will be much cheaper to solve, but I applaud anyone for the integrity to give an honest assessment, even if it means business won't come directly to them. Highly recommend this company for those who may actually need what they do-

    LUX Foundation Solutions conducts on site estimates with one of our Foundation Specialist. We complete full evaluation of the problems, concerns or scope of work looking to be preformed at a home or business. Than projects are built with the home or business owner to ensure we accomplish their goals. Many projects can receive same day quotes depending on complexity of the project.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    The owners of LUX Foundation Solutions have a combine experience in the Foundation, Structure, waterproofing and Home improvement industry of over 25 year! All of our lead foreman have an average of 10 years individual experience for their respective service. All Employees are background checked and selected based on their honesty, character, experience (minimum 10 years) and attention to details.
