- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-1st time clients get a $10 discount regardless of the job size. -When joining any of our mowing programs for the season you’ll either get 1/2 off the first mow or a free mowing after 10 cuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process I follow when getting contacted about a quote is return the call as soon as possible. Once I have reached the customer I would set up a time that the customer is available so I can check the property out in person to have an accurate quote for them. If we agree on the terms depending on the size of the project we might ask for a 10% deposit. Final payments are due once the jobs is completely finished never before.
