Mr. Momand was very professional in servicing my GE side by side refrigerator. Besides completing the fix without an issue (YEAH!!), he was ahead of time, had the part and completed the work in under an hour. Khaibar did an outstanding job from beginning to end. We had a faulty control board(s) on our Thermador Double Wall Oven caused by a frayed neutral power line from PEPCO headed into the house. We didn't know this was the cause, but he helped us narrow it down and encouraged me to call PEPCO. The utility company came right out, found the problem and fixed it in a short amount of time, but not before the 1800.00+ in damage had been done to my Wall Oven, Microwave, and Attic Fan above my kitchen. I have made a claim to PEPCO for the damages..but in the meantime, Khaibar was patient, he was resourceful and he didn't try to hose me with a huge expense to repair the two control boards and thermostats that needed replacing. One other company on Thumbtack came out and I paid them the 95.00 service fee. They diagnosed the problem as a single control board, but Khaibar knew that it was actually TWO boards. That other company wanted nearly TWICE AS MUCH as Khaibar and City Star quoted me. So although this was still a major expense, I am happy to have met Khaibar and his nephew assistant who was helping him. They were kind, courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done as quickly as possible with little fuss. I will use them again for sure in the future!

My refrigerator was having cooling issues. I contacted this company via thumbtack and received a call within minutes. On top of that, they were at my home in the span of a few hours. The service technician quickly found the issue, looked up the parts I needed and provided a fair quote. My refrigerator was fixed in about an hour. Amazing and fast work, professional and knowledgeable technician! What more can you ask for? I will absolutely be using this company again!
