Thank you so much City Star Appliances for repairing my dryer. It works like a charm, and I will be monitoring the lent filter from here on out, so hopefully, I will never have to replace the temperature coil and the thermostat while owning this machine. Great job and great conversation about keeping up with the inside maintenance of the dryer. The value and responsiveness was by far unmatched with the competitors.

City Star responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and were very good keeping me informed of their timeline. They did an excellent job on the installation. The cost is reasonable. They are very pleasant, knowledgeable, and clean up after themselves. My dishwasher is humming. I plan to use them in the future for any appliance repair work and feel confident recommending them to others.

We had a dishwasher and microwave installed in our new home. City Star Appliances were flexible enough to come out the day they were delivered and the cost was much less than where we purchased the items. They did an excellent job!

My technician repaired my dryer with no issues. He showed me the broken part and the new part. He also had no problem with me watching the repairs take place. The only reason it was good and not excellent was he had to cancel my original appointment and reschedule for the next day. It was due to car trouble.
