I had an emergency plumbing situation where a leaking shower wouldn’t turn off, and the only way to stop the water was to shut off the main water line—making it a true emergency. I contacted multiple plumbers around 6 PM, but none were available or willing to come out on short notice. Thankfully, I got in touch with Ahmad from Happy Drains. He immediately agreed to visit the property and arrived promptly. Within 30–40 minutes, he had diagnosed and repaired the issue, getting our water back on and saving us from a major inconvenience. The pricing was fair for an after-hours call—slightly on the higher side, but reasonable given the urgency. Ahmad was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

We called eight plumbers before happy drain guys for an emergency fix. Every other person we called said they couldn’t until days later, but Carlos came out immediately even though he was in the middle of dinner and had to drive in rush hour traffic to get to us. He fixed our problem up for us very quickly and was incredibly thorough. We will now be using happy drain for future plumbing issues 100%
