The installers were right on time, answered my questions, did the installation and were gone. No mess, no dust, even tho they had to drill holes in my foundation, which they plugged back up. The vent pipe is innocuous as well. If you're not actually looking for it, you can't see it. Their contract electrician was also fast and very professional.

Starting from my first contact with Linda, she was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and was able to explain everything to me. The technicians who installed the unit were the same. I felt very comfortable working with them. It was so great feeling and knowing that they were doing a good job. BTW: The system works. My levels have not gone over 1.0 pCi/l. Again, everyone I came in contact with was great. Wish there were more companies out here like them.
