- What types of customers have you worked with?
I write a lot of content, but lately I find that I am being tasked with more technical writing. I have done several SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for federal offices. I have also created and written the Official Style Guide for a federal contractor. Other technical documents include end user manuals for software and processes, employee handbooks, training manuals and courses and policy for federal government offices. I still write blog posts, press releases (my specialty), sales copy and even product descriptions. Topics range from weightloss to general health to technical topics. I am an exceptional researcher and that allows me to write on pretty much any topic that is handed to me.
