Introduction
As a property manager, I am well versed in all aspects of property management. From tenant selection to lease administration, I can find the right tenants and take care of your vacant properties. In addition to making sure each tenant has a great rental experience, I am responsible for collecting rent, maintaining the integrity of buildings and performing routine maintenance. You will never have to worry about any aspect of the property when I am in charge. As a professional property manager, it’s my priority to understand the specific needs for your portfolio and ensure you receive flawless service. To this end, I will ensure that you are provided with data and regular reports on the status of your property throughout the year. I am also available for any questions you may have about your investment, whether it be about repairs or rental income.

Jasmine and her team are a joy to work with. She consistently goes above and beyond to help make living out of state easier by handling any issues that might arise. I have found that JMC Property has made the process of owning my home easier by having someone local and professional to handle any issues or repairs. I had a tenant's child clog up my home's toilet with toys and instead of it being upwards of $300 for a plumber at 8 pm, Jasmine was able to have it fixed in a few hours for a fraction of what I would have to pay on my own. This saved me time energy money and hassle!

I would highly recommend Jasmine to anyone interested in renting their vacation home. She provides a thorough accounting of income and expenses, allowing me to keep track of any cost overruns for maintenance or repairs. Her communication is excellent and she is responsive to any inquiries I have had.
