Had Genesis come by the office to see if they could fix a printer that had been down for over a month. Other companies had came by and told us the printer was unable to be repaired. 30 minutes after Genesis showed up, the printer was repaired and printing the hundreds of documents it had missed over the last month. They are the real deal, the technician was easy to communicate with and was very punctual. They removed so much stress and we are very very thankful.

I recently needed a new laptop mainly for gaming. I did have a few options in mind. However, I am more happy with what I was offered with Genesis. I don’t think my set up would’ve been as nice without them. Special s/o to Lisa ask for her if you get a chance.
