FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat with clients before leading them through a class. I find out about any injuries or other health issues, fitness & weightless goals, and past fitness experience. This helps me to better craft a class to best fit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications in Hot & Hot Power Fusion (2010), Power Yoga (2011), RealRyder (2011), Yoga Sculpt (2012), Pilates (2012), Mini Yogis (2013), and Prenatal Yoga (2015) I am also trained in CPR/AED
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Natasha Bachman began taking yoga classes as a way to to help cope with a busy schedule and stressful career. After an accident in 2010 left her with a debilitating injury, doctors told her she would never again walk without the assistance of a cane or crutches. Natasha found this unacceptable and decided to return to her mat immediately. Slowly, over months of breathing through postures, she was able to walk freely again! Witnessing the healing powers of yoga inspired Natasha to enroll in CorePower Yogas Hot Yoga Teacher Training in Minneapolis, MN. Through it, she found a physical, mental, and spiritual center - a guide to working through difficulty and flowing with life. Since then, she has led yoga classes, workshops and trainings in Minnesota and Nevada.
