Julie has been doing our accounting/bookkeeping work for the past five years on a weekly basis. She enters bills & payroll, prepares our quarterly reports, reconciles bank statements & works closely with our CPA to prepare our yearly tax returns. She posts our deposits & assists with making sure our QB class divisions are accurate so that our monthly/city reports for funding are processed timely.
Pleasant to work with & flexible with her time - we can e-mail or call with questions or emergency needs & she gets right back to us.
