My pricing is all-inclusive — no hidden fees. The final cost depends on the size of the area and the level of dirt or staining, but everything is clearly discussed upfront. I offer discounts for repeat customers and scheduled maintenance plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to the customer's needs and gather details about the job. Then I assess the space, explain the cleaning process, and schedule a convenient time. I use the Mytee 2002CS machine, which provides deep steam cleaning and effectively removes embedded dirt and odors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on training in commercial carpet steam cleaning and have in-depth knowledge of using professional-grade equipment like the Mytee 2002CS. I’m experienced with both residential and commercial cleaning techniques and safe chemical use.
