Our furnace stopped working while we were on vacation and after trying to fix it ourselves we decided to contact a pro. I found Essential Heating and Air on Thumbtack and they were able to come out the next day. Evan was super knowledgeable and explained the issue in detail as well as our options. He was kind enough to drive and pick up the part we needed to replace and installed it without issue. I would definitely work with them again for any future HVAC issues.

Ben came in at the tail end of our bid process and earned our business in the most honest and professional way as possible. We spent over a month gathering bids from over 6 HVAC companies, and he came in and gave us a fair price for a really good brand name system. He was professional, knowledgeable, nice and was always available to answer any of our questions and concerns. He was very detailed throughout the whole process and the system he installed for us is working great now without any issues. I really had a great experience with Ruben and his team (Ben, Andrei and Sergiu) for installing the Heat-pump and a new Furnace at our home. They were very competitive with the overall project cost and are very professional. When Ruben came out to give us the quote he took all the measurements, checked our home vents/returns and thermostat wiring which no other company's representative did. He spent nearly an hour explaining to me what will be the best equipment for my home instead of just selling the most expensive one. Ruben was very responsive in the overall process. He replied to all my texts and calls and answered all my questions before the installation day. On the day of the installation the crew (Ben, Andrei and Sergiu) showed up on time and walked me through the process. They were thorough, Knowledgeable and cleaned up after the work was done. They went above and beyond to get our nest thermostat installed and working. It wouldn't have been possible with our old wiring and adding new wires was an additional work (which other companies upfront said won't be possible and gave other options). I am glad that I went with Essential Mechanical and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The guys at Essential Mechanical did a great job coming up with a solution for my detached garage shop. Most people don't heat or cool their garages, but mine is a large workshop and I didn't want to be freezing in the winter or sweating in the summer while working in the workshop. They advised a nice heat pump system that would take care of the large area. It looks nice and runs very quiet, and it's been doing a great job keeping the workshop warm in these winter months. I highly recommend these guys, especially if you have unusual heating or cooling needs.
