Really enjoyed working with the tech and learning about my system for a general tune- up and routine maintenance. Alex took his time to kindly explain my system, how it works, and how to maintain its life and keep it working. We didn’t need anything major and Alex took the time to make the small adjustments to keep our system running for the long haul.

The team at Essential Mechanical did a great job installing our ducted heat pump system. They were, and continue to be, responsive and professional. They started and completed the job on time and within the quoted price--the installers worked very long days to make sure everything was in place and worked properly. They were able to put in place the solution that worked best for our home. Since we had a ducted system, my advice to others is to tape out where the agreed upon vents go ahead of time and to ask them to check in if this placement needs to be altered due to the structure or other unknowns. We ended up with two vents out of place but the team worked to correct the issue to meet what we were looking for. The team continues to be available for questions and assistance as needed. I would select Essential Mechanical again for any future heating or A/C needs!
