Steve reached out within hours I created the request and has been super responsive. My outlet was making some noises and I was suspecting some wiring problem. He spent hours inspecting patiently and checking the wires and ruling out causes. It took longer time than we both expected, but he showed his professionalism by taking care of every details. And he also gave me some mini electric lectures which I definitely enjoyed :). It was nice working with him and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
