- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so we provide detailed estimates based on the actual scope of work rather than one-size-fits-all pricing. We work with homeowners, general contractors and commercial clients and can provide labor-only or labor-and-material proposals depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the project, reviewing available plans, photos and specifications, and scheduling a site visit when needed. We then develop a detailed scope and estimate. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, subcontractors and project requirements to keep the work organized from start through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from more than 20 years of hands-on residential and commercial construction, including structural and conventional framing, remodeling, finish carpentry and commercial tenant improvements. Our work has ranged from custom homes and additions to restaurants, retail spaces and other commercial build-outs.
