James S. says, "I hired Handy Man for a flush “The Frame” tv mount - overall I would still recommend though worth sharing a few notes. (1) He was 30 minutes late and communicated this after his original arrival time. (2) There was miscommunication as the mount is a flush mount for a 75” frame TV and he did had not installed one before. I had to convince him it was strong enough to hold the TV. (3) He doesn’t hide wiring behind the drywall. I had put this in the order and he didn’t read it as part of the job description. He did mark out where I could cut the holes myself and discount the price due to his error. Nonetheless, the TV is very even and he did a good job putting it where it was needed. Five stars for the price, time, and effort. Thank you!"See more

Khalil did a great job on two separate security camera installations. One was for a 4 camera Ring system and another for a 4 camera Reolink system. Khalil was a true professional and went to great lengths to make sure I knew what to expect and that I was happy with the result. I was really impressed with how good the Ring setup looked in the end; it was very clean with all the wiring hidden away. Connect & Protect is not the cheapest in the business, but for the money, you're getting top notch professionals with lots of security experience, insurance + warranty for piece of mind, and excellent customer service.
