Roman was great. He first called me to ask more questions about my job (replacing caulk in the kitchen / bathroom and fixing siding outside our house), where he asked detailed questions to confirm his understanding and from our conversation it was clear he knew what he was doing. He offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday morning. He arrived on time even bringing two colors of caulk because I wasn’t able to find the exact one we used previously. He completed everything within the time range he gave and was flexible when I added an additional small job. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely hire him again for my next job.
