- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I do provide pricing per individual consultation, I also offer discounts for my clients who wish to buy coaching sessions in bulk. Because every person's needs are different, I like to provide package options after having the opportunity to talk to each client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to multiple coaches and have a list of questions. A coach should, above all else, listen to you and your goals. A great coach will not just hear what you say, but will find deeper meaning as a result of listening to you.
