Edwin came over to my house on a Saturday, the day after I called. He answered every one of my questions in a clear, honest, straightforward manner. He also did not try to steer me towards a metal roof right off the bat. Great communication, too. Thanks, Edwin!

Fast, reliable, professional. I worked with Edwin several times for roof repairs after some disappointing experiences with other businesses. I can't say enough good words about Roof Pro's. Truly how customer service should be

Roof Pros NW just finished, my roof, did a beautiful job. I'm so happy with Edwin and his team. I've owned my house for 38 years. I have had other roofing companies do the job. None have done the wonderful job Roof Pros NW has done. Thank so much Edwin.

I came across Roof Pros NW looking for a roofinspection. Ive been in contact with several other company and they have been delaying the service requested. I gave Roof Pros a call, and I spoke with Edwin. He asked what is needed and he made sure that he has all the information needed. He offered to come in same day to check on the roof. He came in on time, very knowledgeable and informative. He gave us all our option and didnt try to upsell service. Edwin is very honest. He managed to finished the inspection on time and provide the report on time. We are very satisfied with his service and will definitely call them again for any future service needed. We highly recommend Roof Pros NW
