Good experience. I had a bedroom carpet cleaned and was really happy with the service. The worker was understanding of our situation and our needs, and I really appreciated that he didn’t push any unnecessary add-ons. He simply did what we needed and what we couldn’t do ourselves. He also made us feel comfortable having him in our older, outdated home, which can sometimes be embarrassing. He was respectful and professional the entire time. The job was quick and efficient. It took about an hour and the carpet came out much better than anticipated.
