About
24/7 Flood & Fire is unparalleled in the water, sewer, mold, and fire damage industry. Having been in this industry since 2001 we have seen it all. When a property owner or manager is faced with a water or fire emergency they do not have the luxury of shuffling through multiple companies to ensure they get the best one. Companies in our industry know this and will use an emergency as leverage against the very people they were meant to serve.
24/7 Flood & Fire has a different philosophy. We patiently and respectfully educate our clients to a point where they don’t feel helpless and overwhelmed by the situation. Our online reviews bear witness to this. Yes, we show up ready to work but we also show up ready to wait. This approach may not lead to the highest “capture percentage” on jobs but we feel that empowered clients are the only ones we want to work for. If you’ve suffered water, sewer, mold, or fire damage in your home or business contact us today and find out for yourself. We don’t just restore property, we restore peace of mind.

24/7 Flood & Fire was not the first company I called which was my biggest mistake. At the end of last December I noticed water coming out of my basement ceiling when someone took a shower in the bathroom above. A contractor came out and gave me a nearly $20,000.00 bid for the entire job. Because of this I filed a claim at the beginning of January. That is where the nightmare began because progress on my claim went nowhere. My insurance company balked at the first bid and sent out their “preferred” contractor. That only made things worse. They threw a fit because the affected materials hadn’t been removed yet. That company wouldn’t even give me a firm bid so i sent them away. By the middle of February I was at my wits end and my insurance company was threatening to deny my claim altogether. While sharing my frustration with a friend, he suggested I try 24/7 Flood & Fire. I did and that was when EVERYTHING changed. They understood that I am not an expert when it comes to waterdamage and how insurance works. But they are! I didn’t really know the difference between mitigation and restoration. Jason and Aaron patiently explained all of this and the claims process in a way nobody had so I hired them to do a “discovery”. They found that my shower only leaked when we switched it from the bath spout to the shower head. Finding this out was the first step to getting assurance that my claim was even covered because it fit the description of a “sudden occurrence”. 24/7 Flood & Fire put together a bid that was LESS THAN HALF what the first company gave me including both mitigation and restoration. They did all the hashing it out with my insurance company. (It took a lot of hashing it out because the grossly inflated bid from first company caused my claim to get extra scrutiny). In the end that didn’t matter. 24/7 jumped through the necessary hoops, came to an agreement with my adjuster, and got to work. Their communication and quality of work were outstanding. They put my bathroom back in working order and there’s nothing to suggest I ever had a leak. They even made efficiencies in the project that left enough money to pay for the plumbing repair which wasn’t covered. WHO DOES THAT??? These guys did. Waterdamage is a royal pain and inconvenience. I’m still not a waterdamage expert but I’m a heck of a lot wiser now. If it happens to you I suggest you call 24/7 Flood & Fire first. Tell them Mike in Federal Way sent you.

I was lucky enough to get 24/7 through Mr. Rooter last week to help with a tricky chase. The tech Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helped us track the leak and resolve the issue in as little as 90 minutes. Big shout out to 24/7 and Mr. Rooter for scheduling them to come out on my behalf.
24/7 Flood & Fire's reply
Thanks Jack for taking some time out of your busy day to share your thoughts about how our leak detection service went. A big shout out to Johnathan for solving the mystery. Thank you for also mentioning Mr. Rooter Plumbing as we have been serving their clients faithfully for many years. We look forward to serving as your new go to company for this and your other commercial properties for leak detection and related services.
Best regards

We are very happy with the work 24/7 Flood and Fire did for us, from the initial emergency remediation all the way through to the final rebuild. From our first call, they were prompt, professional, and clearly experienced in handling waterdamage. As work progressed from remediation to rebuild we looked at other companies and just couldnt think of a reason to change contractors from 24/7. Throughout the process, they were responsive to every question and concern we had. They kept us informed at each stage, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Their team was skilled and thorough, and the quality of the rebuild was very good. We'd recommend them without hesitation to anyone dealing with flood damage.

Thank you Scott for the five star review! Thank you also for specifically mentioning how the restoration phase went. We put just as much care into that phase of the project as we do the emergency response side but it’s usually the first responders who get all the love. I’m so happy to learn we exceeded your expectations for your entire project. Best regards
Jason

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on standard pre agreed insurance rates that are specific to each service we provide. We guarantee, unless otherwise stated upon inspection, that we will reach an agreement with an insured's carrier for our services. In situations where insurance is not involved or does not apply we provide up front not to exceed quotes so there are no surprises later! We also give cash paying clients deals that we don't give insurance companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On a typical water or fire loss we first perform an onsite inspection to determine the extent of the damage. On water losses this includes establishing a dry standard by metering unaffected building materials and comparing those results to affected areas. We discuss which materials can be mitigated in place and which materials are non salvageable and why based solely on industry standards. We then build a scope of loss and provide an estimate or not to exceed so the client can make their own decision on whether it is appropriate to involve their insurance carrier. We define project expectations to as fine a point as possible based on the exposed damage we can see and disclose potential areas where damage may exist in areas that require further discovery to fully assess. Once project expectations are agreed to by all parties we get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through the I.I.C.R.C. certifications for my industry. I have also completed multiple continuing education courses to stay up to date on the latest techniques to perform work as efficiently as possible.
