We offer fair, transparent pricing — no hidden fees. We charge a diagnostic fee, which goes toward the total cost if you choose to move forward with the repair. Discounts may be available for repeat customers or multiple appliances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen carefully to the issue. Then we schedule a visit, diagnose the problem, and explain the options. Once approved, we order any needed parts and complete the repair as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a lot of hands-on experience in appliance repair and constantly update our knowledge through training and manufacturer guidelines. We also follow safety standards and use professional diagnostic tools.
