I was happy to find this company on Thumbtack. They were quick to respond and set up an appointment. The work was excellent and they were up front about the cost. We have used them twice now and will continue if we need other appliance repairs.

I had problems with the microwave not recognizing the open/close action before starting. Solo called, reviewed and scheduled a tech for the next week. Tech called before arrival to confirm. I told him the microwave was working fine now and had been for a couple of days. Not using the microwave for a couple of days seemed to clear the problem. Tech listened and cancelled the service call with no charge. Told me to give them a call if the problem re-appeared. Very professional, timely and considerate.
