We use Black Lotus for HVAC maintenance and repair at two places and had a great experience. They were super responsive to our messages and kept us informed about the process/changes in a timely manner. While on site, they took great care of keeping the site clean and also answered all questions very patiently. We have had no issues since the fix and maintenance work they did at two locations for us

Charlie was great, he was professional and friendly. He got us a quick quote and as soon as we approved everything we were scheduled for installation. Installation day arrived and he showed up at the set time and completed the installation as planned. I would definitely refer Black Lotus to anyone.
