Bothell. Kitchen, deck, interior flooring, painting.Outstanding experience with this company. They cared about our vision and were committed to quality work. Communication was excellent with texts first thing each day outlining what was scheduled and who to expect. Appreciated Lior's knowledgable help in picking out cabinets, tile, etc. Additionally someone was always available should we have questions. Their crew was professional and caring about the projects. Our backsplash was a challenging detailed tile and it was done expertly. I appreciate the quality literally daily. Amazed at the scheduling--there were no down days and the projects were completed in good time. We have worked with other contractors and this company spoiled us for any other. They truly take pride in their projects.

5-Star Review for LYD Construction I recently completed a home remodel with LYD Construction that included a full kitchen renovation, new built-in cabinets and shelving in my family room, a remodeled powder room, and a custom coffee bar in my formal dining room. In the kitchen, we added a large island, removed existing closets, and replaced them with beautifully designed pantries, replaced flooring, added lighting, added a microwave in the island, installed a non-standard hood, added tile backsplash... completely transforming the space.I had been working on my vision for a while and met with several contractors before choosing LYD. From my first meeting with their team, I knew they were the right fit. When I described what I envisioned, it felt like they were completely in sync with me. They took the lead with confidence and delivered exactly what I had imagined beautifully and efficiently.The entire project was completed in just four weeks. From collaborating with the cabinet and countertop designers to working with the office staff and Lior, everything went smoothly and communication was top-notch.Im thrilled with how it all turned out and highly recommend LYD Construction to anyone looking for a team that listens, communicates clearly, and brings your vision to life with precision and care.

Lior and his team were absolutely incredible! From the quote to project completion, everything was fast, efficient, and seamless. I had a lot of work needed with everything in my house original from the 1980s. My kitchen renovation (which included a full gut and removing a wall) turned out even better than I imagined. I was so happy with the results that I immediately signed on to have them do my master bathroom, even though I originally planned to wait a year or two.What really stands out is their responsiveness and care even after the projects were done. When I noticed a bathroom issue, Lior and his team were back right away to address everything. More than a year later, when I spotted a cracked tile (high traffic area), they once again responded immediately and took care of it without hesitation.I couldnt be happier with the work and the service truly above and beyond. Highly recommend! (Special shoutout to Alex - his tile work is truly a work of art and his knowledge is irrefutable).

Lior was great to work with. He has done a very good job holding together a crew in a very tight labor market.
The project was two baths and a Kitchen, living and dining room. Work was completed on schedule even with bumps along the way. The project cost came in as budgeted.

I hired LYD Construction to turn a closet into a laundry closet because I wanted to move my laundry up from the basement. Lior managed this project throughout. He worked with me to get clear on what I wanted and translate that into a plan. It involved plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, painting. Lior managed everything perfectly. His crew was very professional, and responsive.
I highly recommend Lior and LYD Construction.
