5-Star Review for LYD Construction I recently completed a home remodel with LYD Construction that included a full kitchen renovation, new built-in cabinets and shelving in my family room, a remodeled powder room, and a custom coffee bar in my formal dining room. In the kitchen, we added a large island, removed existing closets, and replaced them with beautifully designed pantries, replaced flooring, added lighting, added a microwave in the island, installed a non-standard hood, added tile backsplash... completely transforming the space.I had been working on my vision for a while and met with several contractors before choosing LYD. From my first meeting with their team, I knew they were the right fit. When I described what I envisioned, it felt like they were completely in sync with me. They took the lead with confidence and delivered exactly what I had imagined beautifully and efficiently.The entire project was completed in just four weeks. From collaborating with the cabinet and countertop designers to working with the office staff and Lior, everything went smoothly and communication was top-notch.Im thrilled with how it all turned out and highly recommend LYD Construction to anyone looking for a team that listens, communicates clearly, and brings your vision to life with precision and care.

Lior and his team were absolutely incredible! From the quote to project completion, everything was fast, efficient, and seamless. I had a lot of work needed with everything in my house original from the 1980s. My kitchen renovation (which included a full gut and removing a wall) turned out even better than I imagined. I was so happy with the results that I immediately signed on to have them do my master bathroom, even though I originally planned to wait a year or two.What really stands out is their responsiveness and care even after the projects were done. When I noticed a bathroom issue, Lior and his team were back right away to address everything. More than a year later, when I spotted a cracked tile (high traffic area), they once again responded immediately and took care of it without hesitation.I couldnt be happier with the work and the service truly above and beyond. Highly recommend! (Special shoutout to Alex - his tile work is truly a work of art and his knowledge is irrefutable).

We purchased a 1962 mid-century house with lots of custom woodwork, baseboards, wainscotting, etc. It hadn't been remodeled in quite a long time, and really needed some attention and love. We decided on the home originally because we wanted it updated while preserving the fantastic historical elements. After quoting out with several different contractors, we went with LYD not primarily because of cost, but because of the relationship. LYD was willing to work with us and let me do some of the work in certain places, and add on additional scope where needed. Their team was absolutely excellent - some of the tile work I requested was unusual in that I wanted to use scavenged tile from countertops to extend the tile on the floor, and you absolutely cannot even tell the old from the new tile. They fixed and touched up the poor paint job that the sellers had done, worked with us from the beginning to execute our vision, and made many recommendations to improve on what we had in mind. Towards the end of the project, a friend asked us, "There's always a horror story associated with every remodel - what's yours?" We couldn't answer because we couldn't think of a single thing that went wrong. We're thrilled with our newlyremodeled home and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

LYD did a couple of projects for us: Turning a carport into a garage, and replacing some large custom glass doors in our sunroom. The end product for both projects are beautiful, and transformed a couple of suboptimal areas into spaces that are now functional, attractive, and inviting. Lior provided excellent customer service from start to finish, and continued working with us until we were completely satisfied with the results. Weve received several compliments on the garage specifically, as it changed the entire look and feel of our home. We would recommend LYD without hesitation.
