I hired LYD Construction to turn a closet into a laundry closet because I wanted to move my laundry up from the basement. Lior managed this project throughout. He worked with me to get clear on what I wanted and translate that into a plan. It involved plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, painting. Lior managed everything perfectly. His crew was very professional, and responsive. I highly recommend Lior and LYD Construction.

I requested a bid for a basement remodel. Upon mentioning insurance, they immediately pushed for me to sign a contract and commit to their services before providing an estimate or inspecting the project. While I cannot comment on the quality of their work, I found their approach unprofessional and concerning.

Lior and his team were wonderful to work with. He took time to listen to our goals for our exterior painting, storm door, and porch tile project — a friendly, thorough communicator! Once the project was underway, we got regular progress reports by text, and when a few unanticipated changes arose, Lior and his team promptly worked with us to address them. We love our new tile porch and with the lovely, precise trim painting LYD did, our house looks like new. Highly recommend!
