Every project is uniquely designed, so pricing depends on the design, materials, and site conditions. We offer transparent, itemized quotes with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a design consultation to understand your vision, space, and goals. From there, our in-house engineering team ensures your project meets or exceeds code requirements. Once approved, your dedicated project manager oversees every step—from permitting and material selection to build completion and final cleanup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our leadership team has backgrounds/university degrees in construction management, structural engineering, mathematics and architectural design. All project managers and builders undergo continuous training in the latest decking systems, waterproofing, and installation techniques to ensure every project meets the highest quality standards.
