- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a project-by-project basis. An estimate is performed at the location as to perceive the type of wood and extent of cleaning, repairs and staining that is necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in person visit to perform an estimate and then an estimate is sent to the customer for approval or changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
