Blown away by the professionalism and kindness shown by Chevvy, who responded to the service call.
My tenant had a water heater issue on friday evening and I was able to book a service call with Ready Rooter within minutes. I asked them to schedule the time directly with tenant and they arrived right on time. Chevvy looked at the water heater and diagnosed it to a tripped breaker. According to agreed terms he could have charged me the service fee but displaying true kindness, he waived it off.
I would 100% recommend Chevvy as he is a true gentleman.

Ready Rooter, from their customer service staff to the service team of Andrew and Alan, made the entire experience stressless, and came to our aid within two hours from our Thumbtack request. Just after finishing up our new kitchen remodel, we had a blockage somewhere in the drain pipe leading to sewer. The Ready Rooter team was very responsive and came out within hours after contacting them - 8:30 pm! They confirmed with their power snake that we had a "severe" blockage approximately 25' downline. High potential for major work, as our house was build in 1946 and it is uncertain the kind of drtain pipe use and its condition. Team needed to return next day with power jet and camers to try and open blockage and determine status of sewer line. To eliminate any potential damage to our new kitchen, they did all work from the roof and outside. Fortunately, they were able to blast through the blockage, and we did not have to cut through our foundation to fix the line. High quality work, helpful and clear and in explaining situation, tidy and neat and respectful of our home. Highly recommend their services.

We like to give options based on customers budget and unique issues. There are many ways to handle a plumbing issue and we like to make sure we are giving the right options to fix. We give military and senior discounts along with new customer discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to assess the home, what type of pipes are there and then make sure we are doing everything we can to help them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certified technicians that are trained for years to do the job right the first time. The people that come out to homes have many years experience and training repairing drains, sewers and various plumbing systems.
