- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After finishing my bachelors, I constantly read technology websites, am currently learning web design, UX design, and will soon acquire my Apple Support Certification.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client had a router that was not working properly, and devices could not connect to the internet. At first it seemed the router had just become faulty and would need to be replaced, but some of the behavior reminded me of what I learned in my computer engineering courses. Turned out a setting in the configuration of the router had been improperly set, which I had seen before, so because of my attention to detail i solved the problem quickly and saved the client from buying a new one.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A lot of us in the tech support business are very honest and want to help. Our hands are sometimes tied because of the products other companies built. Try not to blame us when things go bad, we didn't build it, we're trying to clean up their mess.
